2. Applicability
These terms apply to every order via ferloa.com. For subscriptions, the following also apply: subscription terms. For consumers, mandatory statutory rules always take precedence.
3. Offer and prices
Prices for consumers include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout: € 6.95 incl. VAT per outer box of 4 boxes of one kind (to Belgium € 9.95), free from 4 outer boxes and always free with a subscription. Obvious mistakes in the offer do not bind us.
4. Subscriptions
A subscription runs for a fixed twelve months, with payment per month, and then ends automatically. A subscription and single boxes are ordered separately. See the subscription terms.
5. Delivery
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. We cannot guarantee a delivery time; it depends on the carrier. For products with custom printing, the first delivery follows 4 to 6 weeks after approval of the proof. Risk passes at the moment of delivery to the consumer.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the order; for a subscription, after receiving the first delivery. You can withdraw using the withdrawal function at ferloa.com or with the model form below. Only unopened boxes can be returned; the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Products with custom print are made to order and excluded from withdrawal.
7. Payment
You pay for single boxes online by iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card via Mollie. With a subscription you pay the first month by iDEAL or Bancontact; the following monthly amounts are collected by automatic direct debit (SEPA). Every payment gets an invoice by email.
If a payment fails, we send a payment link and, for consumers, a free reminder with a 14-day term before any statutory collection costs are charged. We may suspend deliveries as long as a payment is outstanding.
8. Conformity and complaints
Products must comply with the agreement. Please report complaints as soon as possible at info@ferloa.com. We respond within 14 days.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
