Single boxes: € 6.95 incl. VAT per outer box of 4 boxes, to Belgium € 9.95. An outer box always contains one kind: folded and rolled wipes are not packed together in one outer box.
From 4 outer boxes shipping is free.
Delivery
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. You receive an email with track & trace as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery depends on the carrier.
For products with a custom print, the first delivery follows 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the proof.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts on the day after you have received the order (for a subscription: the first delivery).
You withdraw via the withdrawal function. You will receive a confirmation right away.
Returns
Send the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal to: Ferloa, Hurksestraat 24A, 5652 AK Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
Only unopened boxes can be returned. Every wipe is individually wrapped for reasons of hygiene.
The return shipping costs are at your expense.
Products with a custom print cannot be returned.
Refund
We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, including the standard outbound shipping costs. We may wait until we have received the products back or you have shown that they have been returned.
Damaged or incomplete
Is your delivery damaged or incomplete? Email your order number and a photo to info@ferloa.com, preferably within 7 days.
