These terms apply to the Ferloa subscription and supplement Ferloa's general terms and conditions. Ferloa is a trade name of Delly International B.V., Hurksestraat 24A, 5652 AK Eindhoven, Chamber of Commerce 99247208, VAT NL868895921B01, info@ferloa.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.1 With a subscription you receive for 12 months<\/strong> a fixed number of outer boxes of Ferloa Naturel refreshing wipes every month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.2 One outer box contains 4 boxes of one type. You choose one format and one plan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.3 The monthly prices are listed at ferloa.com\/abonnementen. For consumers they include 21% VAT. The price is fixed for the entire 12-month term. We do pass on a change in the VAT rate by the government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.4 With a subscription, shipping is free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.5 You order a subscription separately from single boxes<\/strong>. A subscription is collected automatically every month; single boxes are paid once. Ordering them separately keeps payment, invoice and delivery correct. The web shop therefore does not allow both in one cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.1 The subscription starts on the day your first payment succeeds: your subscription day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2 The subscription has a fixed term of 12 months<\/strong>. It cannot be cancelled early. This is clearly stated with the plan and at checkout, and you confirm it before you pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.3 After 12 months the subscription ends automatically<\/strong>. It is not renewed tacitly. About 30 days before the end you will receive an email. If you want to continue, you take out a new subscription at ferloa.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.4 Your statutory rights remain in force, such as the right of withdrawal (article 7) and termination if we fail to deliver or deliver incorrectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1 We ship the first delivery after receiving your first payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2 After that we ship the delivery every month from your subscription day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Delivery depends on the carrier; we cannot guarantee a delivery time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.3 We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium, to the address you give when ordering. You can change your address in My account, or let us know at info@ferloa.com no later than 5 working days before the next delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.1 You pay per month<\/strong>: 12 monthly amounts in total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.2 The first month<\/strong> you pay when ordering, by iDEAL or Bancontact via Mollie. With it you give a mandate for automatic direct debit (SEPA)<\/strong>: we collect the next 11 monthly amounts automatically from the same bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.3 Every month on your subscription day we collect the monthly amount. You receive an invoice by email. A SEPA direct debit appears on your statement as “Ferloa \/ Delly International B.V.”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.4 If a collection fails:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.5 With a SEPA direct debit you can have a collection reversed within 8 weeks. If you do so without a valid reason, the amount remains due and you receive a payment link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.1 Address:<\/strong> see article 3.3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.2 Plan or format:<\/strong> during the 12-month term, plan and format stay the same. Afterwards you can take out a new subscription with a different plan or format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.3 Bank account:<\/strong> would you like the direct debit to be collected from a different account? Email info@ferloa.com and we will arrange it with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.1 The subscription ends automatically after the 12th monthly delivery. You do not need to do anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.2 Cancelling early is not possible, except:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.3 If Ferloa can no longer supply a product, we end the subscription. We refund the months you have already paid for but not received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.1 As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period<\/strong>. It starts on the day you receive the first delivery<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.2 You can withdraw using the withdrawal function at ferloa.com\/herroepen or with the model form in the terms and conditions. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.3 After withdrawal the subscription stops. No further deliveries or collections follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.4 You return the products within 14 days to Ferloa, Hurksestraat 24A, 5652 AK Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The return shipping costs are at your expense.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.5 Only unopened boxes<\/strong> can be returned. Every wipe is individually wrapped for reasons of hygiene. If a box has been opened, it cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.6 We refund the amount for the returned products within 14 days of the withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the products, or until you show that you have returned them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.1 Check a delivery on receipt. Report damaged, missing or incorrect products as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, at info@ferloa.com. Include a photo if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.2 We will then send a replacement or credit the amount. Your statutory rights always remain in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9.1 These terms also apply to business customers, with these differences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9.2 Custom print<\/strong> is only available for business customers and is arranged through a quote, not through the web shop. The following applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We only use your details to carry out the subscription: delivery, payment, invoicing and contact. Mollie processes the payment details.
