What is the difference between a box and a subscription?<\/summary>\n

You buy a box once. With a subscription you receive 1, 2 or 4 outer boxes every month for twelve months (rolled wipes: 2 or 4). An outer box contains 4 boxes of one type.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How many wipes are in a box and an outer box?<\/summary>\n

Folded wipes: 100 per box, 400 per outer box. Rolled wipes: 50 per box, 200 per outer box.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Which formats are available?<\/summary>\n

Folded wipes of 25 \u00d7 23 cm and rolled wipes of 25 \u00d7 25 cm. Every wipe is individually wrapped.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are the wipes scented?<\/summary>\n

No. Ferloa Naturel has no added fragrance and contains 0% alcohol. Suitable for hands and body, for external use only.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are the wipes biodegradable?<\/summary>\n

The wipe itself is certified biodegradable. The wrapper around it contains plastic.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does a subscription run?<\/summary>\n

Twelve months, at a fixed price. It cannot be cancelled early. After twelve months the subscription ends automatically. Well in advance you will receive an email, so you can take out a new subscription if you want to continue.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I pay for a subscription?<\/summary>\n

Monthly, by automatic direct debit. You pay the first month when ordering, by iDEAL (Netherlands) or Bancontact (Belgium); this gives us the mandate. After that we collect the monthly amount automatically from the same account and you receive an invoice by email every month.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I order a subscription and single boxes together?<\/summary>\n

No, you order them separately. A subscription is collected automatically every month, single boxes are paid once. This keeps payment, invoice and delivery correct.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What does shipping cost?<\/summary>\n

Shipping is always free with a subscription. Single boxes: \u20ac 6.95 per outer box of 4 boxes of one kind (to Belgium \u20ac 9.95); from 4 outer boxes shipping is free.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?<\/summary>\n

Yes, we deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping to Belgium costs \u20ac 9.95 per outer box of 4 boxes; from 4 outer boxes and with a subscription, shipping to Belgium is free as well.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I have my own logo printed on the wipes?<\/summary>\n

Yes, for businesses. We print your logo in one colour on the wrapper, for all plans. You take out a 12-month subscription and pay a one-off \u20ac 75 incl. VAT for plate and layout costs. The first delivery takes 4 to 6 weeks. Request a quote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I return products?<\/summary>\n
